Everything your technology needs, from one team

Below is exactly what each service includes, who it suits, what a typical engagement looks like and how long it takes. No vague packages.

Service 01

DevOps & Cloud Engineering

Manual deploys, undocumented servers and "only Rahul knows how it works" are business risks, not engineering quirks. We turn your infrastructure into something reproducible, observable and safe to change.

What's included

  • CI/CD pipelines — GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps
  • Containerisation with Docker & multi-stage builds
  • Kubernetes cluster setup, Helm charts, autoscaling
  • Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and Ansible
  • Cloud architecture on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
  • Monitoring & alerting — Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch
  • Centralised logging and error tracking
  • Cloud cost review, right-sizing and reserved capacity

This is for you if…

  • Releases are manual, slow, or only happen at night
  • Nobody can rebuild a production server from scratch
  • Your cloud bill grows faster than your traffic
  • You find out about outages from customers, not alerts

Custom Software Development

Software shaped around how your business actually operates — not a generic product you have to change your process to fit.

How we build

  • Discovery & wireframes firstWe agree on screens and flows before a line of code is written, so surprises happen on paper where they're cheap.
  • Two-week incrementsSomething usable lands every sprint. You steer the roadmap as you see it working.
  • Tests and reviews as standardAutomated tests, peer review and a staging environment come with the project, not as an upsell.
  • Your repository, your codeEverything is committed to your Git account from day one. Full source, full history, no escrow games.

Business Email, Domain & Workspace Configuration

Getting a mailbox takes five minutes. Getting mail that consistently reaches customers, survives a domain change and can't be spoofed by an attacker is a different job. This is that job.

New setup

Starting fresh, or moving off a free Gmail/Yahoo address onto your own domain.

  • Domain purchase & DNS hosting guidance
  • Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 tenant
  • MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC records configured
  • Mailboxes, aliases & groups created
  • Desktop, mobile & Outlook client setup

Migration

Moving an existing mail system without losing history or dropping a single message.

  • From cPanel, Zoho, Rediff, GoDaddy, on-prem Exchange
  • Full mail, contacts & calendar transfer
  • Dual delivery during cutover — zero downtime
  • Cutover scheduled outside business hours
  • Rollback plan documented before we begin

Deliverability rescue

Your mail is going to spam, or someone is sending mail pretending to be you.

  • Full audit of DNS & authentication records
  • Blacklist check and delisting requests
  • Seed testing across major mail providers
  • DMARC reporting set up and monitored
  • Before/after report you can show the board

The three records that decide whether you land in the inbox

Most "our email isn't working" tickets come down to one of these being missing or wrong. Here's what they actually do, in plain language.

A public list of the servers permitted to send mail using your domain. If your invoicing app or CRM isn't on that list, receiving servers treat its mail as suspicious. We inventory every system that sends on your behalf and include them all — a step most setups skip.

A cryptographic signature added to every outgoing message. The receiving server checks it against a key published in your DNS. If it matches, the mail genuinely came from you and wasn't tampered with in transit. Enabling it is a five-minute job that a surprising number of providers leave switched off by default.

Your instruction to the world: if a message claiming to be from your domain fails SPF and DKIM, should it be delivered, quarantined or rejected? It also sends you reports on who is trying to impersonate you. We roll this out gradually — monitor first, then enforce — so no legitimate mail is ever lost.

What you receive at handover

  • Admin console access in your company's name
  • A one-page record of every DNS entry and why it exists
  • Deliverability test results, before and after
  • A short guide your staff can follow for phone setup
  • 30 days of post-migration support included
Typical timeline: 2–7 days Fixed price

IT Consulting & Advisory

Sometimes you don't need someone to build it — you need someone experienced to tell you whether it should be built at all, and what it will really cost.

Where consulting helps most

  • Technology & architecture reviewAn independent read on your current stack: what's solid, what's fragile, and what to fix first. Delivered as a written report with priorities and costs.
  • Cloud strategy & cost reductionShould you move to the cloud, move back, or stay put? We model the real numbers — most audits find 20–40% of spend going to idle resources.
  • Virtual CTOA senior technical voice on retainer for founders without one: hiring interviews, roadmap reviews, vendor negotiations and board-level explanations.
  • Vendor selection & build-vs-buyWe compare the options against your actual requirements and give you a recommendation with the reasoning attached — including when the answer is "buy the off-the-shelf product".
  • Process automationFinding the manual, repetitive work in your operations and replacing it with integrations and scripts that pay for themselves.

Service 05

Managed IT Support & AMC

For companies without an internal IT team — or with one that's stretched too thin. We take responsibility for keeping the lights on, with response times written into the contract.

Helpdesk

Your staff email or call a real engineer. Tickets tracked, SLA measured, monthly report sent.

Proactive monitoring

Servers, websites, backups and certificates watched 24×7. We usually fix it before you notice.

Backup & recovery

Automated, encrypted, off-site — and actually restore-tested every quarter, not just configured.

User lifecycle

Joiners get accounts and devices on day one. Leavers lose access the same hour — properly.

Security & Compliance

Not enterprise theatre — the specific, proportionate controls that stop the incidents that actually happen to companies your size.

In practice, most breaches at small and mid-sized companies start in one of four places: a reused password, an unpatched server, a spoofed email, or a backup nobody ever tested. We close those four first, then work outward.

What we do

  • Infrastructure & server hardening
  • Identity, SSO and MFA rollout
  • Role-based access and permission audits
  • Endpoint protection and patch management
  • Email anti-phishing & anti-spoofing
  • Encrypted backups with tested restores
  • Vulnerability scanning and remediation
  • Policy documentation & audit readiness
